Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and facilitate customer training across various phases of implementation and education
- Manage the development, maintenance, and delivery of training plans and materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective training pathways and monitor customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a training, customer onboarding, or implementation support role, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
- Experience in developing and delivering engaging training content
- Familiarity with LMS tools and customer training platforms
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
