Senior Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Senior Compliance Analyst to support compliance monitoring, data analysis, and regulatory research across the healthcare revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed account reviews to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Analyze complex datasets to identify compliance risks and translate findings into actionable insights
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations and conduct research to support compliance education

Required Qualifications:

• Significant experience reviewing and analyzing claims, billing, and reimbursement data
• Experience using major healthcare systems such as EPIC, Meditech, and Cerner
• Expertise in researching Federal and State regulations and industry standards
• Deep understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle operations
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and identify trends for compliance improvements
