- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns aimed at player upselling, retention, and reactivation
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to player engagement and campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM within the iGaming industry
- Experience managing VIP segments and executing high-value retention strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of player behavior
- Ability to support the Junior CRM Manager
