A company is looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to enhance user experience and engagement through various messaging channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and optimize experiences in the Marketing Automation tool (Braze)
- Analyze user behavior and implement strategies to maximize conversion rates from free users to paid customers
- Execute marketing campaigns and manage quality assurance for communications across email, push, and in-app messaging
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Automation and CRM/campaign management platforms
- Experience in creating and executing A/B and multi-variate tests
- Ability to analyze data to monitor campaign results and performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Fluent in English, with strong long-form writing skills
