Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative, National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding benefits, billing, authorizations, and appointment scheduling
- Research complex issues and provide timely resolutions while meeting performance goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
- Completion of Customer Service training classes required for new hires
- Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during business hours of 7:00am - 11:00pm EST
