Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and identify their assistance needs regarding benefits, eligibility, authorizations, and claims
- Document required information in computer systems while actively listening to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Review and research healthcare claims from providers, navigating multiple systems to provide updates and communicate effectively
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns
- Ability to complete a 5-week paid training class and demonstrate proficiency
- Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours and occasional overtime as needed
