A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to work remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outreach calls to eligible members and schedule appointments with ENPs
- Provide support to patient inquiries regarding the Program and Annual Wellness Visit, meeting call metrics
- Research complex issues and resolve customer concerns through follow-up or collaboration with support resources
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent working experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or office setting
- Familiarity with computers and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility in scheduling, including potential overtime
