Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of CRM solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and document business processes
- Write functional and integration user stories while managing application customization negotiations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in requirements gathering and process flow analysis
- Expertise in D365 CE modules, including Customer Service and Field Service
- Experience conducting workshops with Business and IT collaborators
- Understanding of D365 integration with external sources and third-party applications
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira or DevOps studio
