Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior or Lead Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain analytical tools to prioritize projects and manage change saturation across CRM
• Analyze and interpret data to enhance project and process efficiency
• Collaborate with CRM business leaders to transform portfolio and project management practices

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience, or a degree in a quantitative field with at least three years of experience
• Proven ability to develop innovative visual data elements using advanced Tableau skills
• Hands-on experience using Power BI for data modeling, reporting, and visualization
• Skilled in conducting Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBA) for project efficacy assessment
