Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Data Engineer (UCP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data classification systems and schema definitions for various P&C datasets
• Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines using technologies such as BigQuery and Dataflow
• Drive best practices for data quality, security, and governance across the insurance ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise data systems roles
• Domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
• Hands-on experience designing data models and schemas for complex insurance data structures
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data engineering and automation
• Advanced experience with GCP data stack, including BigQuery and Dataflow
