Senior Databricks Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Databricks Engineer to join their Data Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks
• Architect and optimize Delta Lake implementations for data lakes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into engineering solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2+ years hands-on with Databricks
• Expert-level proficiency in Spark (PySpark and/or Scala) and SQL
• Deep experience with Delta Lake and data lakehouse architectures
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Lake and orchestration tools
