Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related business field
- 7-10 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on paid media and CRM
- Experience managing paid ads across Google and Paid Social platforms
- Expertise in Google Analytics and UTM creation
- Hands-on experience with CRM software systems like HubSpot
