Senior Director of EPMO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the EPMO's operating model and governance framework
• Establish enterprise-wide prioritization processes and resource planning models
• Build and lead a high-performing EPMO core team and ensure stakeholder engagement

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise project/portfolio management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience building and operationalizing EPMO structures and governance models
• Strong track record in prioritization, resource planning, and integrated delivery processes
• Familiarity with portfolio management and technical planning tools
