Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director / Regional Vice President Portfolio Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver highly visible engagements and service offerings within the life sciences industry
• Improve governance, quality assurance, and oversight of all projects in the professional services portfolio
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to drive growth and enhance service delivery methodologies

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a Services leadership position with proven quota attainment
• 10+ years of work experience in the life sciences industry with knowledge of its specific challenges
• 10+ years of experience in leading, managing, and developing staff
• 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with direct P&L responsibility
• Bachelor's degree
