Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation and review of lease and loan documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Perform quality control checks of documentation and approve exceptions as needed
- Evaluate documentation procedures to propose enhancements for improved efficiency and client experience
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 10+ years of banking or industry experience, with at least 5 years in leasing, public funding, or municipal finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong ability to analyze complex documentation and make independent decisions
- Experience communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients
