Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sustaining Electrical Engineer to enhance the performance and reliability of electrical systems in robotic platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured Failure Analysis (FA) efforts on robotic systems using advanced root cause methodologies
- Serve as the technical lead for resolving complex electrical issues in production and field environments
- Drive Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for electrical design improvements targeting reliability and manufacturability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in electrical design or sustaining engineering in robotics or complex electromechanical systems
- Proven experience with structured FA techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis)
- Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design, including sensors and power electronics
- Skilled in the use of lab tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.) and proficient in ECAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer)
