Senior Elixir Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Elixir).

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the core web platform and supporting applications built in Elixir and related technologies
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ship new features and improve platform engagement
• Lead projects, mentor other engineers, and enhance code quality through bug fixes and automated testing

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of professional software engineering experience
• Four years of production experience with Elixir or another functional language
• Solid understanding of OTP and experience with Phoenix and LiveView
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and working with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• Previous experience in a remote or hybrid team environment
