Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the lead nurture program, optimizing contact and messaging strategies to engage prospects
- Manage experimentation and optimization of key performance indicators for each journey stage

Required Qualifications:

- Expertise in email marketing best practices and advanced proficiency in segmentation and analytics
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel dynamics and experience in member journey mapping
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
