Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead monthly company All Hands meetings
- Create an editorial calendar for consistent employee communication
- Craft internal communications plans for company milestones and transitions
Required Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience in communications, journalism, writing, or PR
- Previous experience building and/or rolling out an intranet
- Expert-level communicator and writer
- Experience turning complex information into clear, understandable content
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels and teams
