Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale high-performing software engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams, including individual contributors and team managers
• Oversee engineering operations, including onboarding, coaching, and performance management
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and operations partners to align technical efforts with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in engineering leadership roles with experience in Agile environments
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering roles
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level applications with high reliability and scalability
• Familiarity with cloud environments and modern programming languages (e.g., Ruby, Go, Java, React)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
