Key Responsibilities

  • Convert customer and internal feedback into clear, detailed tickets for engineering and product teams
  • Triage and prioritize high volumes of issues from multiple teams, balancing urgency and business impact


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years in technical support engineering, solutions engineering, or similar roles supporting SaaS platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across frontend and backend systems
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts and prompt engineering workflows
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
