Key Responsibilities
- Maintain technology deployments for industry-leading customers
- Log and update support cases, providing timely solutions to customers
- Analyze customer systems and configurations to recommend solutions
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Support Engineer with case management
- Expertise in Windows and Linux Operating Systems; AIX and Solaris are a plus
- Experience with public cloud infrastructure and services
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and databases
- Public cloud certification (AWS, Azure) is a plus
