Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and communications while acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and manage special projects and events
- Anticipate the CEO's needs, streamline workflows, and manage records, expenses, and data
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years in a high-growth start-up environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting a CEO is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
