Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans while analyzing results and performance metrics
• Act as an advisor and strategic partner to the business for financial and operational matters
• Enhance financial planning processes and continuously improve reporting and information capabilities

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Finance/Accounting with 8+ years of finance experience, including 5 years in FP&A
• Proven experience as an effective financial partner in a global matrixed organization
• Demonstrated self-starter with initiative to drive results
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and TM1; Oracle Cloud experience is a plus
