Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis including budget forecasting and reporting for a large real estate portfolio
• Assist in annual budget preparation, support client billing activities, and maintain team data collection and reporting
• Collaborate with the team to develop efficient reporting strategies and participate in best practices documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
• Strong accounting skills and proficiency in computer-based accounting applications
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
• Demonstrated consistency in values and a commitment to client service
