Key Responsibilities
- Drive consumer-inspired culinary innovation across menu items including sides, snacks, and desserts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and suppliers to optimize and commercialize core ingredients
- Identify emerging global trends to create new products and enhance the menu
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or higher in Food Science or Food Technology; culinary background preferred
- 2+ years of experience in corporate innovation within a food-focused multi-unit restaurant or FMCG
- 5 years of progressive culinary experience
- Ability to translate diverse data sources into culinary and business insights
- Hands-on experience in the kitchen with potential for growth in food innovation leadership
