Senior Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Staff Frontend AI Transformation Engineer to lead the AI-powered evolution of frontend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver intuitive, scalable, and performant UIs for enterprise customers
• Drive the technical direction of the UI platform, collaborating with design, product, and backend teams
• Mentor engineers and promote front-end best practices in performance optimization, security, and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development at scale with a proven track record in architecture and process change
• Production experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or similar
• Deep expertise in a frontend framework, primarily Angular, with familiarity in React
• Strong technical writing and mentorship skills
• Experience with large-scale enterprise UI systems and cloud-native environments
