A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to lead audience analytics and omnichannel measurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing frameworks and measurement strategies for campaign performance across all marketing channels
- Design and implement incrementality testing methods to measure the impact of marketing programs on business outcomes
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and insights about customer performance based on critical metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with expertise in paid media and CRM analytics
- 5+ years of advanced SQL experience; Python and/or R is a plus
- Experience working with first-party customer data within Snowflake for marketing activation
- Extensive knowledge of media metrics and experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe
