A company is looking for a Senior GTM Analytics Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own GTM performance analytics and develop reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and attribution
- Build scalable dashboards and reporting cadences for various performance metrics
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize campaign ROI and support expansion efforts
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in GTM, revenue, or business analytics roles within SaaS
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), and Excel
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of lead lifecycle and campaign attribution metrics
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment across teams
