Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Help Desk Technician/IT Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Inventory Team for remote order fulfillment and endpoint deployment activities
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA targets, quality standards, and productivity goals
  • Provide virtual support for deployment activities and maintain IT asset management systems
Required Qualifications
  • Over two years of experience in customer support and inventory management
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as Maximo and CA Service Desk
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 environments
  • An associate's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong technical background in infrastructure and deployment environments
