Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Help Desk Technician/IT Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Inventory Team for remote order fulfillment and endpoint deployment activities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA targets, quality standards, and productivity goals
- Provide virtual support for deployment activities and maintain IT asset management systems
Required Qualifications
- Over two years of experience in customer support and inventory management
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as Maximo and CA Service Desk
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 environments
- An associate's degree in a relevant field
- Strong technical background in infrastructure and deployment environments
