A company is looking for a Sr HR Application Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support Workday integrations and other HR solutions
- Lead the evaluation of systems for integration requirements and provide solutions aligned with enterprise strategies
- Monitor and ensure the availability and functionality of HR systems while contributing to continuous improvement of integration methodologies
Required Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience in building integrations within the Workday ecosystem
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Java, Python, and JavaScript
- In-depth understanding of system architecture and Software Development Life Cycle
- Certification in Workday Pro Integration Administration and Workday Pro Studio is required
- Strong understanding of HR technology tools and domain
