Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion operational excellence by engineering and implementing improvements in support processes and tools
• Take full ownership of support tickets, ensuring consistent hygiene and timely escalations
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to resolve complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis for incidents

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a PC network environment with progressive responsibility in technical troubleshooting
• Two- or four-year degree or equivalent technical training
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and VPN technologies
• Proven experience as an independent technical contributor with the ability to mentor others
• Relevant certifications preferred: A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE
