Key Responsibilities
- Champion operational excellence by improving support processes and customer experience

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a PC network environment with technical troubleshooting
- Two- or four-year degree or equivalent technical training
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and VPN technologies
- Relevant certifications preferred: A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE
- Proven experience as an independent technical contributor with mentorship capabilities
