Senior Insights Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insights Analyst, Senior Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define data and reporting needs
• Design and develop analytical dashboards to provide actionable insights across business functions
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure metrics adhere to governed definitions and business rules

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in BI and dashboard development
• 5+ years of experience with multiple analytics/visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Experience managing data ingestion and modeling from business applications like Salesforce or Oracle
• Familiarity with agile teams and DevOps concepts, including tools like Jira and Git
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and business stakeholders
