Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and address employee training needs
• Design and develop learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
• Manage projects through the development cycle while gathering and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, or a relevant field
• Proficiency in graphic design and e-learning development software
• Experience with technical or engineering content is a plus
