Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in adult education/instructional design
• Minimum 4 years of experience in developing e-learning with asynchronous tools
• Epic certification or other applicable certifications must be obtained within 6 months
• Experience with multimedia development/editing software required
