Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Advisor in IT Service Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Incident Management process to ensure quick resolution of IT service disruptions
  • Drive the Problem Management process to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes
  • Oversee the Change Management process to assess, approve, and implement changes with minimal risk
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • ITIL certification preferred; advanced ITIL certifications are a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Service Management
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools, particularly Jira Service Management
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
