A company is looking for a Senior Advisor in IT Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Incident Management process to ensure quick resolution of IT service disruptions
- Drive the Problem Management process to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes
- Oversee the Change Management process to assess, approve, and implement changes with minimal risk
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- ITIL certification preferred; advanced ITIL certifications are a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Service Management
- Proficiency in ITSM tools, particularly Jira Service Management
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
