Key Responsibilities
- Develops strategies and plans for IT service operations, ensuring high levels of quality and availability
- Manages Major Incidents and supervises operational activities to maintain service performance
- Provides leadership and technical guidance to analysts in service operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
- 4 - 6 years of related experience in IT service management
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and relevant network systems
- ITIL Foundations 4 certification preferred
- Technical knowledge of data flow between infrastructure and application environments
