Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-3 support and manage escalated IT issues

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of IT Help Desk or IT Operations experience
- Hands-on experience with Okta or other identity management systems
- Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions in an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting
