Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior IT User Experience (UX) Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all CX/UX efforts and develop a comprehensive customer experience plan
- Measure success of customer experience initiatives using feedback and KPIs
- Facilitate culture change initiatives and provide training on new capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 13+ years; additional experience may substitute for a degree
- Minimum of 7+ years supervising or guiding teams or projects
- Broad expertise in OCM, UX, and training areas
- Experience in executive communications and supporting high-level customers
- Active Secret security clearance
