Senior Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist for a remote, 12-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop departmental training materials using eLearning programs and presets
• Release training modules through LMS and ensure staff engagement
• Process input from various stakeholders to improve training materials

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of instructional design experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
• Experience with Articulate360 (Storyline)
• Experience documenting change history
• Understanding of best training practices
• Bachelor's degree and knowledge of risk management
