Key Responsibilities
- Support the learning strategy aligned with Customer Experience organization needs
- Track, report, and iterate upon Learning KPIs
- Develop learning-based deliverables to enhance overall performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting global and regional Learning and Development teams
- Knowledge of digital learning tools and LMS platforms
- Experience using data to assess training needs and report on initiatives
- Familiarity with various regional learning nuances
- Customer Service Learning and Development experience preferred
