Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in learning experience design or corporate L&D
• Strong portfolio demonstrating effective, engaging learning experiences
• Technically fluent in tools like Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
• Strong understanding of Talent Management and its relation to performance
• Experience building engaging learning programs in fast-paced environments
