Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Engagement Engineer to manage the full lifecycle of outbound digital communication using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end campaign workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including segmentation and multi-channel execution
- Translate design files into responsive templates using HTML/CSS and manage QA and UAT processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define audience targeting strategies and ensure timely delivery of complex campaign executions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with data-driven marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Advanced proficiency in AMPscript, dynamic content logic, and responsive HTML/CSS development
- Strong background in marketing operations from segmentation to delivery and reporting
- Experience managing large communication volumes exceeding 5M+ records
- Ability to build email templates from scratch based on design specifications
