Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations related to private pay collections and revenue management
- Manage a team of revenue cycle managers and review financial statements for compliance
- Act as a liaison between corporate leadership, facility teams, and external partners to optimize revenue and enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in revenue cycle management or financial operations within Senior Living or healthcare environments
- Strong knowledge of state regulations and industry best practices for private pay billing and collections
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis and accounts receivable management
- Certification as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) preferred
