Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to develop tailored user experiences using advanced machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Own exploration, design, and execution of advanced ML models and frameworks
• Apply machine learning techniques to analyze large HR and Finance-related text data and design cloud-based architectures
• Ensure performance, scalability, and ongoing enhancements of deployed products

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks such as Pytorch or TensorFlow
• 3+ years of experience in building services to host machine learning models in production
• 2+ years of experience with large language models and cloud computing platforms
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math, or equivalent (Master's or PhD preferred)
