Senior Manager, Clinical Data Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Systems (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple therapeutic areas and oversee technology evaluations for performance improvement
• Create an environment that attracts and retains talent while ensuring continuous improvement of processes
• Provide strategic direction and performance management for staff, including recruitment and development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, life sciences, or equivalent; Master's preferred
• 8+ years of experience with clinical database design or 9+ years in a similar technical or clinical development environment
• Intermediate SAS and/or SQL programming skills and expert knowledge of database concepts
• In-depth knowledge of CDASH and SDTM Standards and clinical trial processes
• Demonstrated ability to influence others and effectively coach/mentor in a matrix environment
