Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment
- Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with Finance and People stakeholders
- Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM Leadership
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of industry expertise with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
- Experience with compensation design in SaaS sales or transformation environments
- High level of professionalism and ability to interact with senior leaders
- Strong problem-solving skills using data and understanding business risks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
