Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities of Engineers delivering new features and enhancements
- Oversee technical delivery operations for Customer Success systems and provide leadership and direction to the team
- Define and maintain the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with team and company strategy
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering high impact Customer Success initiatives as part of or leading a technical team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Well-versed in Customer Success systems and technologies
- Implementation expertise on systems projects with large transactional volumes
- Experience in developing and retaining a highly talented team
