Key Responsibilities
- Lead GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment, ensuring alignment with the GTM Plan to Pay process
- Develop and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with Finance and People stakeholders
- Manage the Winner's Circle recognition program alongside GTM Leadership
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of industry experience, with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
- Experience in compensation design for organizations transitioning to SaaS sales
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and present to senior leaders
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and understand business risks
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
